ANDREW OF AMERICA on CBS' "48 Hours" Wednesday PM (Check local listings and times) Dan Rather and his 48 Hours Crew were on the movie set of John Grisham's A TIME TO KILL. "TTK" as Grisham fans call his very first novel written and last to be film is a melodrama of rape, race and Ku Klux Klansmen set against the backdrop of (what else) Southern lawyers. The actor/writer who hitchhikes the internet as ANDREW OF AMERICA makes several brief appearances in the film (blink you'll miss `em) as well as in The 48 Hours segment. All we can say is watch for curly blonde hair. Grisham waited last to sell the movie rights to TTK because he "wanted to be in a place where I had more control, more final say in how it was supposed to be," he told reporters. Grisham was not completely satisfied with the film versions of THE FIRM and THE PELICAN BRIEF. Is he happy with gay director Joel "BATMAN FOREVER" Schumacher's approach to TTK? Tune in Wednesday and see. Prepared by the ANDREW OF AMERICA Ministry of Information
