Dear Virgin Mary,

You may already have read my letter to Santa Claus.  Though I am not a 
Catholic and have a rather bad track record with virgins, I was hoping for
an extra special miracle this Christmas, you know, like maybe one of them
asteroids from outer space could head toward the earth and me and Bruce
Willis could save the world at the last minute by hurtling it safely
into Congress? Just a thought.

Say Merry Christmas to the Little Baby Jesus for me...
